Universal Control System Gikori Brick

During commissioning of off-the-shelf industrial solutions, we identified a series of significant drawbacks. To eliminate these issues and expand functional capabilities, we developed the Brick software for Carel c.pCO mini controllers. This solution offers several advantages with no significant disadvantages. Universal inputs and outputs are easily configured depending on the control program and serve to connect active and passive sensors, digital inputs, analog outputs, and PWM control outputs. Thus, the controller can utilize many different combinations of input and output configurations depending on the specific task.

Industry solutions

Equipment is managed by different devices, which increases fault tolerance.

Configuration flexibility for niche tasks.

Placement directly on the unit.

Compact devices.

No possibility to expand the number of input/output signals.

No possibility to add delays, interconnections, or regulation.

No possibility to synchronize unit control.

No possibility to change the control algorithm.

Requires high personnel training for configuration.

Gikori Brick

These controllers allow for the creation of a distributed control system.

The Brick software allows the use of basic control blocks in any combination.

Allows connection via Ethernet and RS485 networks for dispatching, operator panels, and HTML.

Allows device control without unnecessary switching or devices.

Synchronize equipment control for up to 15 expansion modules.

Maximum number of channels: up to 160 universal, up to 96 relay control.

Minimize equipment debugging time during commissioning.

Display with the full parameter name.

Failure of the central processor will lead to a shutdown of all equipment.

Disruption of the FBus network communication with expansion modules will lead to a shutdown of all equipment.

Automation Solutions

Development of a comprehensive automation solution is the creation of a unified, integrated control system that combines software and hardware to automate all key business and production processes of an enterprise. Such a system provides centralized management, resource optimization, increased productivity and product quality, as well as reduced costs and workforce requirements.
