Dordoi Balykchy Company – Construction of the Largest Meat Processing Plant in the Country in the City of Balykchy, Issyk-Kul Region Tazabek – As part of its strategic focus on regional development, the Russian–Kyrgyz Development Fund continues to finance projects across all regions of the country. The Fund’s new project — Dordoi Balykchy — involves the construction of the largest meat processing plant in the country, located in the city of Balykchy in the Issyk-Kul region. The Fund’s financing will be directed toward the purchase of European-made equipment with a processing capacity of 1,000 small livestock units and 100 head of cattle per shift, fully compliant with the requirements of the State Environmental and Technical Inspectorate. The project includes the construction of a facility that meets all environmental, sanitary, and economic standards of the EAEU. The enterprise will be export-oriented and is expected to generate a significant multiplier effect by increasing the export potential of local farmers.
