A new production facility has begun operating at Mersi Trade, the largest pig-breeding complex in Primorsky Krai. The company is now supplying its products to the markets of Vladivostok, Artem, Spassk-Dalny, and Arsenyev. In the near future, the company plans to expand its supply geography. For now, the facility is operating in test mode. Once it reaches full design capacity, it will supply about 65 tons of pork per week to retail stores and meat-processing plants in the region. At present, the complex houses 22,000 pigs. The enterprise produces its own feed based on soybeans and corn grown on-site. It has also built a grain elevator complex unique for the Far East, with a capacity of 45,000 tons. Construction is in full swing on a new pig-breeding complex designed for 83,000 head. Its planned production capacity is twice that of the existing facility. The construction program for all seven pig-breeding complexes is scheduled for completion by 2018. In addition to the complexes themselves, the program includes enterprises for deep meat processing, a new grain elevator, and a compound feed plant. The total project cost is estimated at 20.3 billion rubles. Around 1,200 new jobs will be created. Mersi Trade LLC is located in the Spassky District of Primorsky Krai. The enterprise is a key investor in the Mikhaylovskaya Priority Development Territory (PDT). The investment project of the MIG company focuses on two main areas: 1. Pig farming Phased construction of pig-breeding complexes with a total production capacity of about 500,000 head per year. Construction of a breeding and genetic center (BGC) with a capacity of 40,000 head, and a boar station for 150 head to produce purebred sows and replacement breeding stock for the complexes. 2. Crop production Cultivation of soybeans and corn, both for the company’s feed production and for external sales. Sowing areas in 2014 are planned at 7,000 hectares, with expansion depending on the feed needs of the pig complexes. By 2019, when the project reaches full capacity, pork production will reach 59,000 tons in live weight. By 2018, soybean and corn production is expected to exceed 185,000 tons. The project aims both to meet up to 80% (40,000 tons per year) of the domestic demand for high-quality pork in Primorsky Krai and the Russian Far East, and to diversify the region’s agricultural exports. Priority Development Territory “Mikhaylovskaya” The “Mikhaylovskaya” PDT, approved by the Government subcommittee and awaiting final Government Resolution, will specialize in hosting large agricultural production facilities, deep-processing plants, and logistics centers for agricultural products. The PDT will be located across the Mikhaylovsky, Spassky, and Chernigovsky districts, covering an area of 3.9 thousand hectares. Private investment from the first PDT residents will total 39 billion rubles, with 4.4 billion rubles provided from the state budget. The site will create nearly 2,500 jobs. The ratio of private to public investment is 8:1 — an excellent indicator for the agro-industrial sector.
Development of a comprehensive automation solution is the creation of a unified, integrated control system that combines software and hardware to automate all key business and production processes of an enterprise. Such a system provides centralized management, resource optimization, increased productivity and product quality, as well as reduced costs and workforce requirements.
Development of a comprehensive automation solution
