In the autumn of 2012, the construction of the meat processing plant was completed. Its production capacity is 5,700 tons of meat per year, including goose and turkey meat. The Norovsky Meat Processing Plant (MPP) is equipped with modern Italian and German-made equipment, which includes slaughter lines for pork and cattle (beef), a deboning shop, an offal processing shop, a packaging shop, and chiller and freezer rooms. The annual turnover of the Norovsky MPP will amount to 500 million rubles per year working in one shift. The company plans to launch sausage production in the future.
